We need an electronic version of current  handbook

Either have commercial produced CDs or copy and make labels by willing volunteer
Put pdf version of handbook on web site.

Other possibilities
Flyer: Look at putting together new flyer, prior to dinghy show.
DB Notes: send copies to clubs both DB clubs and DB week host clubs. Get a list
Leaflets –  prepare two sided card effect : picture on one side and on the reverse would be information such as contact names, phone and email numbers.
Advertising
Contact Classic Boat and find out if they would do a free editorial l- mention 60th  anniversary.
Focus on being a family boat 50/60s age group. etc.etc.
Get photographs (action Poole pictures).  Coincide with Classic Boat Show on the Thames. And of course the Dinghy Show at Ali Pali in March.
YWDB notebook – like the one you put together by Kath. This to be distributed to various sailing clubs where we have already sailed and all the clubs where the YWDBs sail.
