CLASSIC Yachting World 14 foot(4.27m) Dayboat
mahogany clinker construction, sail no. 168
Design: George O‘Brien Kennedy 1949
Built: H.H. Benson & Son, Caerleon 1959

Now incomplete, 2 sails but no mast or mast fittings,
2 booms (1 aluminium, 1 wood), rudder & tiller, rowlocks,
floorboards, oars, centreplate

Work is required on this boat. Some cracks in the hull have been repaired with ‘West’ epoxy, further work is required on planking to make the boat seaworthy.

Internally, some woodwork (ribs and floorboard supports) need refitting. An enthusiast with the right skills will achieve a classic, well designed and well built boat for cruising or racing.

The sails (2 mainsails different sizes), are in usable condition for cruising but may have to be replaced for racing.

Buyer will collect.
