Poole YC YWDB Open is one week before Dayboat Week in Falmouth, so the perfect warm-up event!
It is held jointly with the GP14 Open with separate class starts.
As always, on the Saturday there will be two races around the harbour islands (i.e. Brownsea, Furzey and Green islands) once in each direction, with a lunch break at the club in between. Racing for the honour and a bottle or two.
Sunday is three races, back to back, on a standard committee boat course for the Newton Trophy.
Entries are accepted for one day or both days. The entry fee is per day and is subsidised by the YWDB class at Poole. Please see the Entry Form available to download below.
A three course meal will be served on Saturday evening. Pre-booking for the meal (by Saturday 12th July) is essential. Details are given in the Entry Form below and the dinner menu is available to download under Event Information.
